Slow Burn Radio – Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

Welcome to Slow Burn Radio (“Platform”), a product of Ricobella Labs LLC(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Slow Burn Radio website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of the Platform

Slow Burn Radio is a creator toolset and music discovery platform, owned and operated by Ricobella Labs LLC (www.ricobella.com), that enables users to create and share radio-style shows using third-party music streaming services.

We do not host, store, or stream music. All music playback is provided through third-party platforms such as Spotify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

3. User Accounts

You may register as a Listener (free) or a Creator (with access to content creation tools). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

4. Creator Tools and Subscription Plans

Creators are provided tools to create and publish shows consisting of music (via Spotify integration) and user-recorded commentary.

Free Tier

  • Maximum of one (1) episode
  • Up to six (6) songs and six (6) commentary segments

Paid Subscription Tiers

  • Tier 1 – $1.99/month — Store up to four (4) episodes
  • Tier 2 – $5.99/month — Store up to twelve (12) episodes
  • Tier 3 – $12.99/month — Store unlimited episodes, subject to reasonable use limits
  • Annual Plan – $99/year — Equivalent to Tier 3 access

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with reasonable notice.

5. Episode Storage and Deletion

  • Free users may store only one (1) episode at a time.
  • Paid users are subject to storage limits based on their subscription tier.

If a user reaches their episode limit, they must delete existing episodes or upgrade their subscription to create additional episodes. We are not responsible for deleted content.

6. Reasonable Use and “Unlimited” Storage

“Unlimited” episode storage is subject to reasonable use. We reserve the right to:

  • Impose storage limits (e.g., a maximum number of episodes such as 52)
  • Apply time-based retention policies
  • Restrict excessive usage that impacts platform performance

7. Third-Party Music Services

The Platform requires integration with third-party services such as Spotify. You acknowledge that you must maintain an active Spotify Premium subscription where required, and your use of Spotify is governed by its own terms.

We are not responsible for music availability, playback functionality, or changes to third-party services or APIs. Slow Burn Radio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify or any music provider.

8. Commentary Content and Copyright Restrictions

Creators may record commentary segments as part of their shows.

Prohibited Content

Commentary must NOT include:

  • Recorded music or portions of songs
  • Background music from speakers or environments
  • Audio from movies, television, podcasts, or other media
  • Any copyrighted material without proper authorization

All music must be added exclusively through the Spotify integration.

Recording consent: If your commentary captures the voice of anyone other than yourself, you represent that you have obtained their consent in accordance with applicable recording laws in their and your jurisdiction.

9. Enforcement of Content Rules

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove, mute, or delete commentary that violates these Terms
  • Delete associated episodes if necessary
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

We may use automated systems to detect potential copyright violations. Users are solely responsible for the content they create and upload.

10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent at [Insert DMCA Agent Name & Email]. Your notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We will respond to valid notices, including by removing or disabling the allegedly infringing content. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same contact. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. User Content License

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Slow Burn Radio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass subscription limits
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or violate the privacy of others

13. Payments, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis in U.S. Dollars and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We will provide reasonable advance notice of price changes.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our [Privacy Policy — link to be added]. Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the EU/UK and California) may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export their personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. 15. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

16. Beta Features

We may offer experimental or beta features (e.g., upcoming Apple Music integration, live co-host tools). Beta features are provided “as is,” may change or be discontinued at any time, and are not subject to any service commitments.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slow Burn Radio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of data, content, revenue, or profits; or issues arising from third-party services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slow Burn Radio and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State / Country], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Insert Venue], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. 24. Miscellaneous

These Terms (together with any policies referenced) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our written consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
